👜 Where do your bags come from? Are they authentic?
Most of our bags are sourced from trusted suppliers based in Japan — a country renowned for its high standards in the luxury second-hand market and strict anti-counterfeit laws.
Every partner we work with is a member of the AACD (Association Against Counterfeit Product Distribution), which guarantees strict compliance with authenticity and quality control practices. You’re in safe hands.
✅ Do your bags come with an authenticity certificate?
Some of our vintage bags (often 20+ years old) still have their original authenticity cards — but not all. To ensure your peace of mind, we conduct a thorough in-house authenticity check for every bag we receive, based on specific brand and model criteria.
Need a certificate? You can request one for any bag for 10€. Please note that bags above 700€ automatically comes with an authenticity certificate.
We work with LegitGrails, a trusted third-party authentication service that uses human experts, not AI.
If you’re outside the EU or prefer using Vestiaire Collective, they also offer an authentication service.

🌍 Where do you ship?
⚠️ Due to the current situations regarding tariffs in USA, we are not able to ship directly to this country at the moment. If you are a US-based client, please buy through our Vestiaire Collective page.
We ship worldwide!
- If you’re in Europe, you can shop directly through our website or via Vestiaire Collective.
- If you’re outside the EU, we recommend purchasing via our Vestiaire Collective page. They handle all customs duties and taxes, making the process smooth and transparent. However, if you prefer to buy directly via our page, please note that all duties and taxes are not included in the final price and will need to be paid by yourself to the courier company when the package arrives in your country.

🔁 Can I return a bag if it’s not what I expected?
Absolutely — you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Just contact us first so we can send you a return form.
Please note:
- Return shipping is at your own expense and responsibility.
- We highly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with any accessories and dust bags included.
- We try to use reusable boxes for easier returns.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 48 hours.
🚚 What shipping method do you use?
Given the value of our pieces, we only ship via express couriers with tracking and insurance.
Depending on your location, we’ll use one of the following: UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Correos Express.
Have a preferred courier? Let us know at checkout or via message.
⏱️ How long will it take to receive my order?
We usually ship within 24 hours of your order. If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you by email.
- Europe: Delivery in 2–4 business days
- Outside Europe: Delivery in 3–7 business days
All of our bags are shipped from Barcelona, Spain, where we are based.
If you order via Vestiaire Collective, shipping times may vary. Check their app or website for details — but rest assured, we’ll dispatch your order within 24 hours.
